Pros
Paycheck, the company cares, pension, work-life balance for certain position
Cons
There are many managers who are horrible at managing employees and will do anything to look good to impress their manager, even if it makes draining life out of all employees. Upper management forces many members of management to rotate which doesn't allow them to fully understand a job or build long lasting relationships. These managers make many decisions to appease upper leadership or uninformed shoot from the hip decisions. There are some great managers, but the many people from almost every department agree how crappy much of the management is here. Many of the Key Managers like to micro-manage their employees and not allow many technical experts to stretch their wings causing headaches, depression, and resentment.
