Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. Since we've committed to posting all openings internally we have seen an increase in internal mobility, and we're working on several initiatives this year around career growth and development. Not sure if you've discussed your incentive concerns with your Manager and/or HR; if not would welcome the chance to understand this further. Given our recent growth some functions were stressed; we're actively working to address this. Thanks again for your feedback. Please don't hesitate to reach out in the future should you have further questions or concerns.

Pros

Very Organized, Great Benefits, Care about their employees and work life balance, they always encourage their employees to take the time they need. Continuous training ensuring back up for each process as well as published procedures ensuring that processes are completed. Phenomenal IT and Reporting teams that ensure tickets are worked, any data needed is provided and in a timely manner. Executive management is always listening to ideas from the associates for new technology to save time and money for the associates and the company.

Cons

I have currently been with the company for 6 months and have not had any negative experiences during this time.

Pros

Everyone at office was humble, helping, considerate and different from usual corporate peers. However, they lacked zest or any sort of individuality in their work or life.

Cons

I felt really bored. No creativity or innovation at the workplace. Same old outdated systems and process. It was like a rat race back in the days. Not sure how things are these days. But back then, the manager wanted to be director, director wanted to be CTO, CTO wanted to be CEO and CEO wanted to beat his rival who in turn wanted to beat his own rivals. But that pretty much sums up any organization. Every corporate job is like a pyramid scheme at the end of the day no matter where you work.
