A great starter place for anyone getting into their first developer job. Culture is decent. Most people are nice to work with.
Cons
In terms of long-term growth, I'd say your chances of getting decent promotions would be more rewarding elsewhere, as the pay is mediocre and they scale pay increases based on a frontend tribe "bandwidth."
