Pros

If you work here you will have a job that gets you paychecks. They will fill the air full of smoke and mirrors, stories of culture and values. If you allow yourself to believe in it you can feel good for awhile as you are working with them.

Cons

If you expect the values to go both ways you will get burned. As another review on here states it is not a good sales experience. Funny thing about that is since the reviewer was still an employee they rated 5 stars to try and keep from getting any retaliation...Well the week long knee jerk/witch hunt that came should help tell you what you are in for if you choose to join. Just ask around and see how many people have been working there for more than a year in sales... Sad even I was scared to review until I had left the company.

Let's be honest, this hurts! We spend so much time and effort on helping every employee succeed and embrace responsibility for everything we could have done better. We make efforts that are well beyond what we believe other firms make to provide opportunities to succeed, but we're sorry it didn't work out. For those seeking to learn more, reach out!

Pros

At the end of my tenure, I really have no pros.

Cons

I'm pretty sure I was "quietly laid off", in the effort of sneaky downsizing without having to actually do formal layoffs. This place was a godsend and a great place to work on my small independent team, and I did great. Then they did massive restructuring, added layers of hierarchy, added process, and basically just starting running a creative team like a line of factory workers. I had a horrible time with my manager on so many different levels, and felt validation when others would reflect the same, but I reflect what everyone else says - narcissistic, micro managing leadership that I now understand play manipulation games. I was put on a performance improvement plan and finally quit due to burnout, stress, and the dissolution of a role and a team that I had from before. They constantly push for solutions and deliverables, but I never really saw anything I delivered actually get treated and implemented with respect. Company policies and siloed team policies and procedures stymie actual effectiveness, and it seems like the leadership acts as your strict grade school teacher rather than having your back.
