Having to listen to customers legitimate complaints and not be able to do anything about them. And we're not talking about huge corporations, these are small-businesses, individuals and often older customers. Most have genuine reasons to be unhappy and it's company policy to take advantage of them, charge them a little bit extra...and never, under any circumstances, give a refund.
