      Room to grow and gain experience in programming. Exposed to different departments such as sales, engineering, management. Get to work with hardware. Lots of different challenges.

      Cons

      Customer support can be demanding.

      Excellent Work life balance. Good Pay.

      slight disconnect between headquarters in Sweden and the US

      People are great and work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Moved manufacturing to Taiwan then all engineering went to Sweden. SLC location is dwindling.
