Pros

A global approach to industrial automation combining great people, great culture, and manageable stress. It is an enjoyable place to work. They value well-balanced employees. It is an environmentally conscience organization. Some of the products are some of the industries best, especially those designed for harsh environments.

Cons

The extensive summer holiday period in Europe, though great for the Europeans, tends to create long product development and release delays. At times, there is not an urgency to meet deadlines. Depending on your location, there is little opportunity for growth.

Thanks for your review! We love our people, our culture, and our work-life balance - so glad to hear you do too. Our products are pretty kick butt too, thanks for that. Midsummer is a challenge, yes, while there is always coverage in the department, being down a significant amount of people can result in some frustrating delays. We will continue to vocalize the expectations and demand of the US market and see if we can't shake things up a bit. As for opportunity to grow, our retention rate is pretty high, so those positions don't open up all that often, you're right. Here's the upside: as a small company, there aren't too many people in contention for that spot when it does open up! Thanks for everything that you do, keep it up and again, thanks for the review and being a member of the team!
