      Pros

      At first it was great - inspiring team meetings, working on illustrations, organizing, directing and being photographer for a photo shoot, directing other photo shoots, using those images online, creating digital ads and emails to launch a product, creating print materials and tradeshow booth graphics, editing and designing new web pages, SEM with sophisticated tools and using XHTML, CSS and JS on a daily basis. Had the potential to be a dream job. Company Christmas party was great and VP meetings were inclusive. Just about every employee was helpful and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Even though testing during the interview was strictly HTML, CSS and JS and the position applied for was 50% print/50% web, this same position eventually devolved into 95% PHP development on a SQL server - after working 14hr days to launch two SUCCESSFUL product releases. When bringing the position change up during review, it was briefly explained to me that the position had in fact changed - then it was an immediate dismissal and escort off the grounds.

      Thank you for your review. We have certainly endured drastic changes in a relatively short amount of time. The changing management and direction of the company appears to have left you in the cross-fire and for that we are sorry. As the dust has settled in recent years, we have done what we can to make things right by our employees and implement fun programs that drive employee morale and have increased our retention and decreased turnover.

      People are great and work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Moved manufacturing to Taiwan then all engineering went to Sweden. SLC location is dwindling.
