Cons
- Enforces Connecticut's "At Will" employment; when questioned, may provide limited rationale for (subjective) termination (but distinguishes that it's still "lawful"). - NO room for upward mobility in Danbury Engineering (some in the same Engineering positions for 5-10 years; during my tenure, majority of new engineering job postings were in Switzerland). - During my stent, Engineering and lab personnel were all white men, with few exceptions (with diversity existing in other areas of the business). - Remote senior engineering management in Switzerland leaves feelings of them not being well connected or appraised of certain on-going's in Danbury. - May experience various (subjective) micro-manager styles here.
