- The company expects you to learn new training online off the clock. - Very steep tip out and tip out is based on the subtotal of the bill, not the tip given, so if the tip is around 10% or less, you make no money or lose money on that check. - In my experience, they overhired and now have us all fighting for shifts. - They continue adding more responsibilities/risks to servers while expecting the servers to be faster and happier to work.
