Very little training, toxic and hostile work environment. Upper management has no plan on how to fix the very serious problems with the operation, they continually take more reservations than they can handle, are always short of chefs at every location with no plan on how to recruit future chefs, then if they do get a candidate they have no plan on how to train them. A lot of turnover in management especially at the GM position. GM receives very little training my experience was 2 weeks and came not prepared. This is because the GM position leaves the company quickly once they have experienced the Toxic Benihana culture.
