Unorganized Corporation - Restaurant General Manager Benihana Employee Review

The Corporate office and upper management are never on the same page. The Brand name is much better than the operation. There was no real leadership just get it done attitude. There was so much management turnover the stores couldn't keep a full team. It comes down to leadership and in the area I was in that was not present.
