Pros

1. Sales can be fun when there are customers but that's been a challenge this year. 2. I like my manager and my team. 3. Spiffs are pretty decent right now.

Cons

1. 100% Commission where you can end up owing significant amounts of money in the winter months and have to dig yourself back out during camping season so you essentially pay them tp work there in the off-season. 2. Sales only gets paid when they make sales yet they are frequently tasked with other jobs for no pay. 3. Customer satisfaction and appreciation are a low priority to the service department so they typically wait until the last minute to get campers ready for customer pick-ups, causing customers to get frustrated. 4. There is no work-life balance. They say you can have as much time off as you want in the winter but expect you to be there all summer. They also take away scheduled days off if they decide to observe a holiday so you don't actually get any additional days off during the year.

Pros

Overall simple processes to follow, with training opportunities for the basics. Can meet all kinds of people, and learn a lot.

Cons

Many managers are out of touch with the sales people, often with limited sales experience themselves. Corporate puts so much pressure on managers to perform, and that in turn causes them to put pressure on sales people. Very few sales people are able to consistently meet their volume goals. High turnover.
