Pros

Want to learn a trade they train They have great ideas but nothing has improved but has gotten worse including bonuses and conditions. Moral is very low with every single person there. Promised big improvement but have only had steady decline and when customers see it you know it's apparent to all.

Cons

Too many managers, poorly organized, few who work hard, few with knowledge, those who work hard are used, if you kiss enough butt your fine. No communication, parts are a joke locating and many times wrong. If you run into a problem good luck getting or finding any help. Promised improvement but haven't seen any yet. 3 months since take over and the rapid decline is clear to employees and customers.

Overall simple processes to follow, with training opportunities for the basics. Can meet all kinds of people, and learn a lot.

Cons

Many managers are out of touch with the sales people, often with limited sales experience themselves. Corporate puts so much pressure on managers to perform, and that in turn causes them to put pressure on sales people. Very few sales people are able to consistently meet their volume goals. High turnover.
