- Prepare to be berated by management constantly and told the same thing over and over again as if you were a toddler. -They will pay you "salary" but actually compensate you on an hourly basis - this includes not letting you clock overtime and expecting you to work for free most of the time. -They love to lecture you for 40 minutes before you leave, because who wants work-life balance, right? -Management speaks regularly in Bengali, including screaming and yelling at employees. -They will tell employees to do something, and when the task blows up (due to ethics, usually), they will use the employee as a scapegoat -If they give you ANY extras, prepare to have it thrown in your face all the time -Management posts reviews on Glassdoor to improve appearance -Spies are placed in each office to report on the plebian staff -Racism is used to determine hiring, and "black girl" has been used to refer to African American employees (in the rare event an African American gets hired).
