Pros
Mildly interesting software application with some good customers using the software. Global reach although not sure how good support is in some areas.
Cons
Management(particularly in the U.S.) is clearly not up the task of building a subsidiary and a brand here. Micro managing, old school sales management, stale ideas in terms of marketing, lack of vision and trouble telling the truth are just some of the attributes I would give to Bizagi managment.
