Pros

Global exposure, hard working team. A few good customer stories.

Cons

Poor leadership. Major decisions are made, and then suddenly changed. Brand suffers from lack of awareness in United States, and the UK-based leadership have no real insight into what to do about it as side from trying to micro-manage from abroad. Marketing constantly stutter-stops, and messaging is confusing. "Time to Digital." Seriously?

Pros

If you are a fan of Game of Thrones, you can watch your own friends and co-workers being axed for no reason without warning. Maybe it’s one of the few people that actually sold anything, or maybe it’s the person that works long hours and does all the right things, you never know...

Cons

While most of the “Pros” in the other reviews were either jokes or submitted by stakeholders, the “Cons” have been articulated quite well already and all true. If you have any self respect, do not consider working here, but if you enjoy being beat down by condescending, imperialistic management, all while not making the money you expected, this might be the place for you.

Very Difficult for Sales People to Make Money Here

Pros

Well built product that does what it says it does; used to have a talented, senior level sales team (until they all started, and continued, leaving)

Cons

In almost 12 months, total of 4 meetings set up from inside sales team; no pricing/licensing flexibility; rigid micromanagement combined with total lack of knowledge of both North American market and BPM software market; no input from the "field" accepted;
