Pros

Mildly interesting software application with some good customers using the software. Global reach although not sure how good support is in some areas.

Cons

Management(particularly in the U.S.) is clearly not up the task of building a subsidiary and a brand here. Micro managing, old school sales management, stale ideas in terms of marketing, lack of vision and trouble telling the truth are just some of the attributes I would give to Bizagi managment.

On the surface this appears to be a real company, they do a great job of creating an illusion Some of the free software works and it has no expiration Beautiful office in a developing third world country Unlimited class B options offered You don’t have to waste any time in product training because they don’t provide it Company is at a point of inflection, and has been for 30+ years

Cons

Not aligned with the market, customers, business partners or their employees Incompetent, pedantic, arrogant management Running out of Cash Outcompeted Pricing and product issues Support is a “black hole” Mid market industry strategy lacks domain expertise or competitive intelligence Poor marketing “We transform organizations through digital process automation” Really? Bizagi is a boat that is taking on water and only the rats are staying on board
