not enough investment in support team, deployment issues, foreign culture, laid off some top performers/workers, retained a lot of low-mid lvl talent, lot of turnover/fear, never know who will be your boss/evaluating you

interesting technology, and many companies want to automate their processes. free version of the workflow product gives an entry to many prospects and users.

Cons

tough sell and turn an interested project into a real paying customer. Company is run from London and they dont understand the US. Operations and support from South America which is the root of several support issues.
