Unlimited PTO. If you are the first person to ask for a promotion amidst the massive turnover, you are likely to get it, no questions asked.

Cons

Leadership. Zero moves based on strategy, and only based on what is good for tomorrow. The C-Suite/Global Leadership team knows little of the product space, or even about the verticals in which they claim Bizagi sits well in. The arrogance they possess in no way matches the maturity of the product or its' presence in the market.

Good people to work with while they lasted. Certain roles allowed you to be "seen" The few clients they had were into the product great to work with

Cons

Lack of structure No growth in certain regions High turnover rate Lack of new client base The c suite is governed from different locations and have no idea about what to do to grow the company Running out of money and has failed time and time again in certain regions

Thank you for your feedback. While we are dissapointed that you feel this way, your comment regarding Financial Stability is incorrect and false. Bizagi is financially strong and doing great, this is for all regions, but we are specifically doing great in the US.

100% work from home Unlimited PTO policy

Cons

Buggy software, Metric driven management, Awful training program, No standard operating procedures, everything is verbal and changes on the fly. Little to no support from other teams, Management will bend over backwards for top paying customers, and put normal customers on the backburner. Zero growth and development, LOTS of constant turnover. Only need a US Citizen employee to satisfy federal customers.
