Pros

Marketing was great. Unlike almost every sales job I had leads. I could go to market. I was enjoying myself and making progress. Turning into a favorite with a favorite boss. Team. But this place runs truly from Europe. I’m so sad it didn’t work out.

Cons

Everyone in sales to service is nothing compared to the Europe team and they just fire people like it’s handing out candy on Halloween. Or so that’s how it was becoming. Very sad.

Pros

Wonderful team, great leadership, and smart people. Financially strong, growing in the US, alot of commradere and excitement.

Cons

Company has had some turnover, mainly folks that were not good for the company and didn't belong and didn't want to be in a start up environment. While it has had an impact to morale, but I know it is getting better and will be better in the months ahead.
