Moves quickly and agile to adapt to changing marketplace and customer needs. Great for self-starters and people with ideas who are happy to do what is needed to make them happen.
Cons
Fast-paced and so if that is not your preference then it is not the place for you. You will not be handed things on a plate so you need to have real initiative.
