Pros
I am very lucky to work with a great group of people. We have a wonderful culture and a great product. Yea, there were evidently issues early in the year and last year, but there is great new leadership in place and they care about us. We have alot of committment from the Exec Team to build our US practice and that is exciting.
Cons
There were some bad leaders here, but they are now gone, but their presence was not great and created alot of fear, but I can sense that the black cloud is gone and I see nothing but blue skies ahead. It is a start up feel here, so alot to do and build but it is fun and exciting.
