Pros
You learn a lot, and face a lot of technical limitations that in the end makes you come up with creative solutions. Good salary. Good people. Good location of offices. They nurture employees a lot and in various ways (like doing remote work whenever you want). The company is very flexible regarding the number of hours you work every day, as long as they can see results. The amount of work is not as heavy as in other places; there are some rushes but overall it's very chilled.
Cons
The company is growing disproportional to its offices. No career growth in the traditional sense, as in, there's no apparent hierarchy between positions ( I don't care about this part, I don't need a title to feel good with myself).
