One thing I will say that outweighs any challenges in this industry is that everyone I’ve met and worked with in this company truly takes care of one another. Beyond being caring, I can say without a doubt that our company is filled with some of the hardest-working people around. Because of the nature of this industry, we often find ourselves thinking and planning outside of regular office hours — but knowing that your coworkers are just as dedicated makes it easy to go that extra mile! Also, a big shoutout to our Regionals, all of our Property Managers, our Director of Training and Marketing, and our Director of HR for being such transparent and genuine leaders.

Cons

The work can be tedious and long, but it is worth it.
