      You’ll learn how much nonsense you can tolerate.

      Cons

      I’ve never seen a place so full of toxic energy and fake smiles. The attitudes alone could ruin your whole week, especially when management starts to lie straight to your face just to cover their mess. Every day feels like walking into a storm of gossip and unethical behavior disguised as teamwork. Communication doesn’t exist unless it’s rumors, and the chaos from corporate trickles down like poison. Promotions are based on who you drink with, not how hard you work. It’s horrible watching talented people leave while the loudest and laziest get rewarded.

      Great work life balance, decent pay, supportive staff and management. Family type environment. Fun at times. Opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Wish there was vacation time, not just PTO and more pay for leases. Can be very busy with work orders. Not many cons that I can think of.
