They believe in hype and resident activities. Corporate leaders are accessible. Financial rewards are provided throughout the entire year. Benefits are good.
Cons
Unorganized, Lie about anything while looking you directly in the eye, throw people under the bus to protect themselves, very very very very very very delayed at getting important tasks completed. Its like you have to beg to get what you need but corporate will email you ALLDAY and call your PERSONAL phone when its something they need from you. The company could be a great company to work for but some of the leaders in corporate got too much-underhanded stuff going on and it trickles down to onsite staff employees. There are soo many things I can say about this company that makes it sooooooooooo UNNECESSARILY overwhelming and stressful.
