Pros

The senior management team at Blue Matter is very focused on building a highly supportive team. The camaraderie is quite strong among team members within and across offices. People work hard at Blue Matter, but the culture there is the antithesis of the "churn and burn" situation I've experienced at some other consulting firms.

Cons

Working at just about any consulting firm involves hard work and travel. Blue Matter is no different in that regard. However, the firm's culture demonstrates that management cares about work-life balance and professional development, so it balances out pretty well.

Working remotely and consistent work load as the company picks up any project possible

Cons

Company culture completely changed. They don’t care about employees and overwork everyone. Pay package is horrendous.
