Working hours FAR exceed the standard 45 / week that management advertises during the interview process. Not a great employer from a work / life perspective. Other firms certainly pay higher salaries for similar hours worked

Company culture completely changed. They don’t care about employees and overwork everyone. Pay package is horrendous.
