      Pros

      The company has a great culture and is focused on the client. They offer many opportunities to grow and work in many different fields. The management team listens to their employees and tries to implement change that will be beneficial to all.

      Cons

      Like any accounting firm, they push for you to obtain your CPA. Depending on which office you work in, they are somewhat miss managed. This was starting to be addressed when I left.

      Culture is very big here. Open door policy, mentoring program, leadership building opportunities.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

      Cons

      Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
