      - Opportunities to advance career and move up quickly - Managers and Directors have open door policy and encourage us to ask questions - Very welcoming work environment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everyone is treated with respect from the intern to the director - Great starting salary  - Incentives to pass the CPA - Great work life balance post busy season

      Pros

      Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

      Cons

      Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
