Pros

Good opportunities to advance quickly as long as management likes you. 4 weeks of PTO is nice when first starting out and you can carry up to 2 weeks over each year. Some really great people within the firm (Indiana, Kentucky, and Cincinnati locations).

Cons

AVOID THE COLUMBUS OHIO OFFICE! You WILL be overworked, underpaid, and taken advantage of. Within roughly 1.5 years there was around 20+ people I can name that either quit or got fired. With at least 15 of these people being females or people of color. They are not diverse or inclusive. Females beware. Management has poor communication and does not respond well to feedback. It’s your typical boys club. They let their ego get in the way and watch good talent walk out the door. If upper management does not like you, you will either be fired or more often then not treated so badly you quit.

Pros

Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

Cons

Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
