Pros

None. They don't treat employees well.

Cons

They are a terrible company. You can work for them for 3+ years, and they don't hesitate to throw you out like yesterday's garbage. They will work you like a horse all year round and don't give you any additional incentives. Expect you to eat, drink, and breathe work 24/7 365. Don't expect to have a social life or have any paths for career advancement. If you miss your billable hours by 5 hours or 200 hours, don't expect to get a bonus or a promotion. Billable hours are the only thing they look at and nothing else. You can work all you want, help other employees, and work yourself to your limits, and you still won't achieve the billable hours goal they set for you. They don't take into consideration your other duties of helping your team or meetings you have. You will get zero recognition for any of your work and the atmosphere is a very toxic masculinity.

Pros

Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

Cons

Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
