Pros
Unlimited PTO (but only for business unit employees. CSAs don't get any)
Cons
Tone deaf upper management, limited opportunities for advancement, classic "boy's club" mentality, poor marketing and sales efforts affect employee compensation regardless of your job title. Also, CSAs are treated like dirt. The company silos groups so they aren't aware of what's happening in other groups, such as mass layoffs and terrible benefits. This is not a good place to work at all.
