Pros
The entire building (there are several buildings within the Pittsburgh site) was recently given the opportunity to work a 9/80 schedule (working 80 hours in 9 days with every other Friday off), giving us a home/work life balance. However, there is a possibility that management may take away 9/80 later in 2016. Every building has a wide variety of employees from all over the world. Decent benefits, 401k. Many opportunities to travel nationally and internationally.
Cons
If and when a position cannot be filled, another employee from another (e.g. European) site will be brought in to temporarily or long term fill the position. You'll most likely be doing 2-3 persons worth of work due to the lack of employees. The turnover rate is ridiculous. Seriously talented individuals don't stay. A good company to begin your career/gain experience, but not a forever company. Managers would rather hear what they want than the truth. Finger pointing is a popular game. Salaries are lower than competitors. HR could care less about their employees.
