Despite low morale camaraderie is strong. However upper management promote workers into managerial positions because they seemingly deserve it, rather than have the talent for it , resulting in the lack of assertiveness to drive outcomes and the ability to overcome adversity and resistance.
Cons
Managemennt lack of leadership with integrity. Company does not facilitate to the learning of its members to continuously transforms itself
