      Well known Boston hospital with many systems. Decent experience. Large implementation is currently underway

      Cons

      Poor leadership and no growth opportunities. Outsource much of the work to consulting companies and clients. Upper management lacks direction.

      Pros

      Great place to work with great people. On the BU public health campus, so easy if you are a student looking for a job! Great healthcare coverage as well.

      Cons

      The salary is a little less than expected, but overall a great job.
