      Union pay, parking, family atmosphere, educational opportunities and tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      It’s on Heroin Highway and area is becoming increasingly dangerous, no opportunity for advancement, management is very far removed from the realities on the units.

      Pros

      Great place to work with great people. On the BU public health campus, so easy if you are a student looking for a job! Great healthcare coverage as well.

      Cons

      The salary is a little less than expected, but overall a great job.
