BMC offers to its employees a learning and growing experience, and they offer many onsite trainings that assists their employees in the improvement of their job performance.
Cons
There needs to be more open communication with the managers and staff to include the Directors and/or Department Heads more frequently in order to clarify issues of performance and communication.
