      Pros

      Good autonomy. Can really make a difference in employees and patient experience. Usually very satisfying work. Upgrading EHRs and non EHR software.

      Cons

      As is common elsewhere, asked to do a lot with little resources. Many put in long hours to get things done.

      Pros

      Great place to work with great people. On the BU public health campus, so easy if you are a student looking for a job! Great healthcare coverage as well.

      Cons

      The salary is a little less than expected, but overall a great job.
