Unsafe place to work - Registered Nurse Boston Medical Center Employee Review

Parking is a nightmare and very expensive. You have to walk quite a way to get from any of the garages to the hospital walking amongst people who are high on drugs, homeless, etc. There are frequent safety incidents inside and outside of the hospital as well as in the garages. Many instances of employees being assaulted. Security is slow to respond unless you happen to be near the emergency room. SEIU Union is a joke. Not sure what my dues are even being used for since nothing seems to get accomplished or resolved
