      great pay, benefits, patient load, matching 401k, teaching hospital so you have a lot of young MDs with lots of enthuesiasm

      Cons

      very fast turnover in Nursing supervisors, once you achieved high salary you had target on your back. offerd overtime frequently by staffing office but made to feel like criminal by your nurse mgr

      Pros

      Great place to work with great people. On the BU public health campus, so easy if you are a student looking for a job! Great healthcare coverage as well.

      Cons

      The salary is a little less than expected, but overall a great job.
