Reverse racism, conniving, toxic unsafe workplace and retaliatory leadership - Registered Nurse Boston Medical Center Employee Review

Boston medical center behavioral health openly favors black/ brown, denigrating to all other races. Leadership is untrustworthy and lacks even basic skill set. When pointing out challenges the retaliation is severe proving there is no sincere interest in process improvement and patient safety. Main hospital leadership hands down some of the most mean people I’ve ever encountered. Undercuts, undermines then backstabs. Ambushes and completely dishonest.
