      Pros

      I'm happy with my pay, my role is remote, I never have trouble getting time off approved by my manager.

      Cons

      I was surprised how profit-driven so many decisions are. Of course this has to be considered in decision-making, but it's hard to get my team to be invested in even though so much of our work is manual and tedious due to the lack of resources/investment in our tools and number of team members.

      Pros

      Great place to work with great people. On the BU public health campus, so easy if you are a student looking for a job! Great healthcare coverage as well.

      Cons

      The salary is a little less than expected, but overall a great job.
