      - Great work life balance (very flexible hours, would be great for parents) - Decent pay for a nonprofit - Exposure to leadership

      - Always in a tight financial situation - Challenging to implement organizational changes - Benefits are not great (medical premium is only free for care received at BMC hospitals, limited 403B match)

      Pros

      Great place to work with great people. On the BU public health campus, so easy if you are a student looking for a job! Great healthcare coverage as well.

      Cons

      The salary is a little less than expected, but overall a great job.
