Union, good benefits, not physically taxing,.
Cons
Management plays favorites, some people are under a microscope while others can get away with whatever they want. Talk behind your back and have a tremendous us vs them mentally. Not a place for younger folks to develop skills and grow. A 23cent raise in a time of 8% inflation is demeaning. Aim high when you interview or you will take 10 years to work your way up to where others start.
