      Pros

      The best thing about Boyd are the people who there. They are some of the most loyal employees you can find anywhere.

      Cons

      1. Not a lot of advancement opportunities. 2. Health benefits are very limited. You have a choice between a very high deductible plan and a PPO with a slightly lower deductible. There's no HMO option available.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities from entry level to professional. Opportunities for advancement within the company. The overall atmosphere is one of a family vibe. Good people from management to contract employees.

      Cons

      Depending on where you work in the building the smell of the epoxies and paint can be overwhelming. Sometimes I would get headaches or nausea if I was placed temporarily in a department with strong smells.
