      - The manufacturing engineering team is open minded & collaborative - Management encourages continuing education -The manufacturing team recently transferred to a new building, and there is plenty of work being put into improvement -There are many Prototype projects that will need a manufacturing engineer to implement & sustain production - flexible work schedule - enjoyable manufacturing and operations teams

      Cons

      - Can be chaotic at times - shifting priorities - lots of issues from a history of disorganization / but most can be fixed

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities from entry level to professional. Opportunities for advancement within the company. The overall atmosphere is one of a family vibe. Good people from management to contract employees.

      Cons

      Depending on where you work in the building the smell of the epoxies and paint can be overwhelming. Sometimes I would get headaches or nausea if I was placed temporarily in a department with strong smells.
