Pros
The work culture is amazing and it makes you feel incredibly free and comfortable at work. It's the first place I've worked at where I am comfortable being myself at all times. There are tons of social events and cool benefits that make you feel truly appreciated as an employee. At the same time, the company puts a focus on personal growth and expects you to take on responsibility early, which is fantastic for people looking to develop their skills and experience in a very exciting industry. Also, the company-wide approach to automating tasks is wonderful as you minimise the amount of non-engaging, trivial, and routinised work. I never feel like I have to appear to be busy all the time, which is a problem I've had in other workplaces.
Cons
The pay is slightly lower than average given the responsibilities you are handed, however this is balanced by the opportunity to grow quickly, as well as the endless amount of perks.
