Pros

The people (not management) are great

Cons

The overwork is incredible. Management gaslights employees to try to get more work out of them, blaming them for inadequate work when the expectations are so unrealistic the tasks are impossible. CEO is a joke. The emotional intelligence is at a bare minimum, and he talks the talk on LinkedIn but working and interacting with him made me feel like I had to talk to him like I would a child so he did not get offended. He’s too close to his false idea of what he has built and refuses to hear feedback or change. Since the merger it has been a truly awful place to work. You’ll see employees crying daily, and six months or less is an average tenure. Management lets clients yell and curse at employees - there was one client who had a team change three times because of this and the client still works there when each of those three teams have quit. Even a newly hired CMO didn’t last a year.

Thank you for providing your feedback, though I am sorry to hear that your experience was not as positive as we would have hoped. We certainly acknowledge that we have had to make a lot of changes to our operating structure the merge of our 3 agencies in the US in order for us to be in a position to grow. We have added more than 70 individuals to our US Team over the last year +, but our retention has held steady at 80+% during that time. We do look to gather feedback from our entire regularly both in-person and anonymously so we can continue to improve as an employer!

Pros

Very culture oriented - has a culture code that is strongly emphasized but more than half of staff is remote.

Cons

Extremely low pay for the two year program in Buenos Aires at less than $15k USD per year which honestly terrible. Wouldn't waste your time here unless you're really looking to work abroad for basically nothing

Pros

Remote option , other than that nothing else

Cons

Very dominating culture especially by the management from the UK. Old fashioned working style and no knowledge about what they are doing, as a result the clients start leaving thrm and in return you lose your job! Absolutely ZERO JOB SECURITY!! Groupism, favoritism , internal politics these are some cheap tactics by useless managers, they treat employees as slaves. NO ROOM FOR GROWTH! They hire you just because they need someone for that particular period of time but they don't tell you that most of them are only temporary. They lay you off suddenly for no reason even though you are talented and did great work. Be prepared for the lay off if you wish to join
